To recognize and empower women and celebrate their importance in the world today, the Fine Arts Program of the School of Humanities spearheaded Ateneo Women’s Week dubbed “XX” on  March 1 to 3.

The three-day event featured an exhibit featuring the different faces of a Filipina at the old Rizal Library. On the second day, an open-mic session was held at the Cervini Field where teachers and students read poems and sang songs honoring womanhood.

The celebration ended with the staging of The Vagina Monologues, a play directed by Missy Maramara, also held at the Cervini Field on March 3.
