THE ATENEO Lady Eagles lost against University of Santo Tomas (UST), 0-8 on Wednesday, February 3 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Malate.

The top of the lineup played well for the Ateneo, with first baseman Nicki Borromeo going 2-3 with two singles, and third baseman Yla Trinidad going 1-3 with a single and a fielder’s choice.

This loss puts the Lady Eagles at 0-3 in the elimination round standings of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines Softball tournament.

Their next game will be against the Adamson University, 1PM, Saturday, February 6 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Malate.
