THE ATENEO Center for Educational Development (ACED) held a Christmas Gift-Giving activity for 1,800 public school teachers at the Ateneo de Manila High School Covered Courts last December 11.

This Gift-giving event is one of the many activities ACED is conducting as a means of carrying out the Ateneo’s mission of closing the poverty gap and improving the quality of life of the less fortunate. Asking help from the Department of Education and tapping the potential of several Ateneo de Manila units, ACED aims to address the needs of public schools clusters and uplift the state of the public basic education in a wider scale.
