TO CELEBRATE and report their achievements for the past six and a half months, Council of Organizations in the Ateneo (COA) President Bob Soledad delivered her first State of the Council Address for this year in the SEC C Lecture Hall on September 17.

Held once every semester, the address acknowledges the successes of the council’s projects and activities. “For this year, however, the speech included the accomplishments of the 49 organizations under COA such that it tackles the state of the council of organizations rather than just that of the council,” COA Secretary-General Kenneth Abante said.
