NAVIGATING THROUGH their struggles in Season 86, the Ateneo Men’s 3x3 Basketball Team looks to turn hardship into success in their Season 87 campaign. Dealing with last year’s woes as last-place finishers, the Blue Eagles will once again aim to develop their rising stars under the tutelage of second-year coach and Ateneo legend Nico Salva. The Blue and White’s first rebuilding season under Head Coach Salva proved to be tough, as the team—comprising Javi Adevoso, Dave Flores, Alonzo Luna, and
Andre Tan—were unable to secure a single win in Season 86. Emphasizing that such hurdles are part of the rebuilding process, Salva looks to build upon the program this season with capable hands spearheading the charge. As the 3x3 sport continues to make waves in the Philippine sports scene, the Blue Eagles strive to lay the foundation of a winning program. Eager to soon replicate their success as the Season 81 inaugural champions, the Blue and White are ready to soar and bring the gold back to Katipunan.
