Destined for Greatness

EIGHT SEASONS of dominance propel the Ateneo Men’s Swimming Team onward in their unyielding quest for success.
This year, a formidable blend of veteran valor and new muscle elevates the team’s chances to defend their dynasty. Under the wings of Head Coach Archie Lim, the Season 87 roster aims to race past their rivals to reclaim another title.
Despite missing tenured veteran Rian Tirol and two-time Most Valuable Player Wacky Santos, the Blue Eagles are poised for another monumental medal haul. Anchoring the squad’s top-tier skill is Junior World Championship challenger Marco Daos, alongside national team swimmers Rafael Isip and Joshua Del Rio. Palarong Pambansa record holder and national champion Ivo Enot will also race for the Ateneo, packing in more power for the Blue and White.
With the squad’s pursuit of excellence, Team Captain Rafael Barreto leads the team to achieve a historic nine-peat victory this season. Born to swim and built to last, the Blue Eagles are bound to kick off another exhilarating year forged in strength and synergy.
