FOR THE Ateneo Women’s Volleyball Team (AWVT), UAAP Season 84 was a narrative of peaking at the right time. Despite struggling to establish a firm footing at the start of the season, the AWVT pulled off a Cinderella run and rallied for a Final Four spot. After clinching the bronze for Ateneo last season, the Blue Eagles are now on a mission to write a different story for their Season 85 chapter.

Season 84’s second top-scorer and statistical leader in offense, Faith Nisperos, will lead the pack as Team Captain alongside previous season standouts Vanessa Gandler and AC Miner. After their V-League championship stint, second stringers Yvana Sulit, Ysabelle Nisperos, Sophia Ildefonso, and Lyann De Guzman have proven themselves primed for bigger roles in Season 85.

Although the path to greatness may be tough and several worthy contenders would stand in their way, the Ateneo Blue Eagles are bound by the mantra they constantly embody: faith, trust, and courage.
