COMING OFF a shaky performance the last time the Ateneo Men’s Table Tennis team played in the UAAP, the Blue Eagles look forward to changing the tides this time around. After taking a 1-12 record in Season 82, the team took time to assess areas of improvement in order to come back as an even stronger team.

While Table Tennis was excluded from the list of sports that reopened post-lockdown, the team is now ready to introduce new and old faces after three years away from the game. Team Captain Mark Parman in particular is primed to lead his team as the Blue Eagles strive to flip the script this season for Ateneo.

With realigned goals in mind, one thing is for certain: Motivation is nothing to worry about with a team full of athletes hungry for success. Armed with a mix of veterans striving to avenge previous struggles and rookies looking to debut in the big leagues, Coach Mihali Crisostomo is all set for the season.
